What does sandblasting cost?
The key cost factors honestly explained – and how to get a fixed quote quickly.
Read the guideYour object is too big, too heavy or simply built in? That is exactly what mobile sandblasting is for: the complete blasting equipment comes to you – from compressor to extraction.

The principle
Much of what needs blasting cannot be driven into a blasting cabinet: the beamed ceiling in the house, the facade, the steel structure weighing tonnes, the vaulted cellar or the permanently installed plant. Mobile blasting turns the tables – the equipment comes to the object.
Our trailer brings everything along: a powerful compressor, blast vessel, media in various grains and the protective equipment. All we need on site is access and a parking space – electricity and water are not required.
The workflow
1. Enquiry with photos: Send us pictures of your object – from them we read material, condition and scope and prepare a fixed quote. For larger projects we visit beforehand.
2. Preparation: On the day of the job we cover adjacent surfaces, protect windows and fittings and, if needed, seal interiors dust-tight.
3. Blasting: We work section by section with the blast media that suits material and goal – powerful on steel and rust, mild on wood and historic substance.
4. Handover: Spent media and removed material are collected and disposed of properly. You take over a clean surface, immediately ready for coating.

Good to know
Very little – we take care of most of it. What helps: free access for vehicle and trailer, a few metres of parking space and a cleared work area. Everything else is clarified in advance by phone or during the viewing.
A word of honesty: for small parts that fit comfortably into a blasting cabinet – single rims, fittings, small furniture – the mobile set-up is uneconomical. Our strength is projects from about half a working day: ceilings, facades, staircases, structures, plants. For those we gladly come – throughout the DACH region.
