3. Hosting
This website is hosted by a service provider in Germany (All-Inkl.com – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf). The provider processes data generated when the website is accessed on our behalf. This is based on a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Server log files
When the website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves the technical provision and security of the site and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
5. Contact
If you contact us via the contact form, email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form on this website opens your email program and sends the message to us; no data is stored on this website's server in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose.
6. Cookies
This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies or local storage (e.g. to remember your cookie choice and your consent to loading external maps). No tracking or analysis for marketing purposes takes place.
7. Google Maps
We embed map material from the Google Maps service (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded after you have expressly consented. In doing so, data – in particular your IP address – may be transmitted to Google and passed on to third countries (USA). The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also revoke any consent granted at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Address autocomplete (Photon)
On the home page and in the contact form, address fields can show suggestions while you type. For this purpose your input is sent to the geocoding service Photon (photon.komoot.io, operated by komoot GmbH); for technical reasons your IP address is also transmitted. The suggestions are based on OpenStreetMap data. No further personal data is transmitted or stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in convenient, error-free address entry).
