Steel structure for a metalworking company
For a metalworking company we descaled and derusted a complete steel structure directly at the customer's premises. From raw steel to a bright, evenly roughened metal surface to the fully painted component – blasting creates the adhesive base on which the coating lasts. This is where mobile blasting shows its strength: these are projects that are simply too big to fit into any blasting cabinet.

Historic timber beam ceiling
On this historic beamed ceiling we removed old layers of paint and glaze using a mild blasting medium and low pressure. The wood reappeared undamaged and shows its natural grain again.

Timber-framed wall stripped back to wood
In a timber-framed house we gently stripped the grey-painted beams of an interior wall. The old wood emerged undamaged – wall and door frame show their warm wood tone again.

Roof boarding restored
We blasted the weathered roof boarding of this house directly from the scaffolding. Grey weathering and old paint residues were completely removed – the wood shows its warm, even surface again.

Brick wall gently cleaned
This brick wall was covered in dirt and old plaster residues. Using finely tuned blast media we cleaned the surface gently – the bricks glow in their original red again and the joint pattern was preserved.

Wooden staircase restored
On this wooden staircase we gently removed the old coating from treads and banister. Using a mild blasting medium and low pressure, the wood surface remained intact – the staircase is ready for its new finish, whether oil, glaze or paint.

Bronze figure of Christ descaled
This newly cast figure of Christ, made of a special bronze, was freed from its casting scale after the pour. Using very fine blast media and minimal pressure, the even bronze surface emerged – without damaging the finely modelled details.

Cellar plaster and cast-iron columns
In a vaulted cellar we removed old plaster and slurry from the brickwork and exposed the cast-iron columns. Bricks and joints remained intact – the cellar shows its original character again.
