Gerade bei Altbausubstanz entscheidet der Untergrund über das Gelingen des gesamten Putzaufbaus. Sandblitz hat hier sehr gute Arbeit geleistet – die Decke war gründlich gereinigt, loses Material restlos entfernt und der Untergrund tragfähig und saugfähig für den Kalkputz. Terminlich zuverlässig, Baustelle ordentlich hinterlassen.
